HARBEL Housing’s Overview

In 1993 the HARBEL Housing Partnership was created as a regional homeownership program. The housing partnership is affiliated with the HARBEL Community Organization, Inc. HARBEL, Inc. was founded in 1970 as a nonprofit, 501(c) (3) multi-service organization.

HARBEL Housing’s goal is to provide comprehensive homeownership education and counseling and to promote our communities. Our mission is to ensure that the homebuyers who participate in our program become successful, long-term residents of our community.

For 25 years, the HARBEL Housing Partnership has been making a difference for thousands of homebuyers in our community. Last year was our most successful year. HARBEL Housing exceeded all of our service goals.
