HARBEL Housing provides the required HUD Certified First Time Homebuyer education and counseling for certificate required for most down payment assistance programs. We ensure that homebuyers who participate in our program are able to obtain, sustain, and maintain their home.

Counseling Services
Our goal is to provide, promote and empower potential buyers.
HARBEL is committed to providing housing counseling and related services for our clients. Your one-on-one counseling session will consist of discussions around credit, budgeting, savings, and financial literacy.
Important Notice
HARBEL Housing services will be provided in accordance with any state or federal requirements as it relates to those with visual, speaking and or hearing impairments.
HARBEL Housing programs that provide direct services will make arrangements, within reasonable financial costs to the agency, for effective communications with persons who have visual, speaking and/or hearing impairments, and/or limited English proficiency. Service will be provided in accordance with any state or federal requirements.
